PCAlarm 3.1 is the alarm clock simulator for Windows. It displays the current (system) time and allows a user to sound an alarm at a specified time. Using PCAlarm 3.1 When PCAlarm dialog opens, the program first adjusts its clock to the system time, which is then displayed in the upper left corner of the window. If the time shown is not correct, adjust the system time. You don't need to restart PCAlarm - it will update its clock automatically.
To set up the alarm clock: 1. Use the spin buttons in the Alarm Time group to adjust the Hour and Minute fields. 2. Select preferred sound effect using the drop-down menu above Sound Test button. 3. Click the Set button. The alarm is now set. The icon on top changes to
To change the alarm time, click the Change
button. The icon on top changes to ! Click the Sound Test button. This is how the alarm will sound. If you don't hear any sound, check your audio connections and settings in Windows. Adjust the volume as necessary. Click the Stop Test button once to end the sound test. When alarm goes off, the Snooze and Stop buttons become active. Snooze time is 5 min. The alarm will sound for a total of one hour not including snooze time. Stop button stops the alarm. While ringing or snoozing press Enter to stop the alarm. Press any other key to snooze when alarm is ringing.
